Position Summary:
The General Office Assistant provides support to our Atlanta office by supporting the office with administrative tasks including assisting with calendar management, keeping the office kitchen tidy and stocked with snacks, copying, scanning, filing, and data entry. This role also includes helping oversee operational aspects to keep the office running efficiently.

Position Responsibilities:
- Calendar management in MS Outlook
- Manage supplies and office inventory
- Assist with entering detailed client information into our CRM database
- Binding marketing materials for client meetings
- Manage all issues related to office upkeep (working with building management to resolve any fixes in the offices, etc)
- Oversee office kitchen inventory and restocking
- Replenish paper in copy machines
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in office
- Manage sorting and distribution of mail
- Manage miscellaneous special projects
- Assist Atlanta staff as needed (e.g., data input, scanning, copying, etc.) to meet client need
Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following:
- 6 months - 2 years of experience working as an Office or Administrative Assistant
- Experience with office management responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience as a collaborative, team player
- High attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong initiative to accomplish tasks, meet deadlines, and take an active interest in current projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Positive, pro-active, can-do attitude
